What is non-verbal hypnosis
Nonverbal hypnosis is - as the name suggests - a form of hypnosis in which no one speaks.
After an introduction (induction), deep relaxation (trance) is brought about by palpating points of contact (hypnogenic zones) on the body in a certain sequence.
This deep relaxation is called a healing crisis in non-verbal hypnosis.
In the healing crisis, stuck emotions are loosened so that the body's self-healing powers can be optimally activated. There is an emotional discharge and reassessment of previously stressful situations, whereby the psychological blockages can be resolved. A healing crisis is used to regenerate body, soul and spirit.
Anton Mesmer - Mesmerism
Franz Anton Mesmer (1734-1815) called the hypnosis "Animal Magnetism". Non-verbal hypnosis is a further method of this.
application areas
Some people don't want to talk about internal conflicts or their feelings. This method is suitable for everyone who wants to be touched and is looking for relaxation and distance so that their self-healing powers can be optimized.
