The range of alternative practitioner treatments is almost exclusively billed as a private service.

According to the current Heilpraktikergesetz in Germany, there is general No approval of the service by the statutory health insurance companies.

As a rule, these do not assume any alternative practitioner costs. Unless there is a corresponding additional health practitioner insurance. Nevertheless, you can claim the therapeutic treatments as extraordinary tax expenses in the annual wage tax adjustment.

Additional health practitioner insurance

This usually reimburses up to € 500 per year. Often, however, the simple rate is only reimbursed as a percentage according to the fee schedule for alternative practitioners. The agreed contract, which can be very individual, always applies here. The clarification is the sole responsibility of the patient, who independently initiates and processes the reimbursement. Upon request, the patient will receive an invoice based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners GebüH (double rate). A non-reimbursement or partial reimbursement of the relevant cost bearer has no influence on the corresponding cost collection by the naturopath.

Privately insured patients
In the case of privately insured patients, partial or full coverage of the costs is possible, depending on both the existing health insurance and the selected insurance tariff. Here, too, the client receives an invoice based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners GebüH (double rate). In addition, diagnoses are given according to the ICD 10 diagnosis code. The patient is responsible for the submission and reimbursement and this has no influence on the corresponding cost collection by the alternative practitioner.

Due to pandemic-related adjustments, talk therapy is also possible via video conference encrypted via Jameda. An individual rebooking online via Jameda is also possible if you are unable to attend a booked practice appointment on site.

Depth psychological procedures up to 60 minutes - 70 € (Yager therapy, KIP therapy, clinical and medical hypnosis) 1.5 hours are desired - 100 €

Suggestions - 70 € (for 60 min.)

Regression - 70 € (at approx. 1.5 hours - 100 €)

Package prices

Package prices are paid immediately with the first treatment.

The expected costs are discussed with the patient beforehand in order to ensure cost transparency. The creation of an individual therapy plan and other certificates are calculated according to the time required.

Payment modes

You can with a card reader SumUp (0.95% per EC card and 2.75% per credit card transaction fees apply), in cash or, in exceptional cases, on account with immediate payment. For combination packages such as smoking cessation and weight loss as well as gentle birth, the full fees are due at the first session. This is also a motivation.

Cancellation of appointments for an ordering practice
