Every third person has problems with their sleep.

There are two forms of sleep disorders: difficulty falling asleep and difficulty sleeping through the night with early awakening.


Many sufferers feel exhausted from not sleeping or constantly waking up. The quality of sleep suffers a clear deficit.

A vicious circle arises that continues throughout the day, as performance, memory and concentration are very limited. Most people then get scared because they fear sleepless nights again.

Why can't you fall asleep?


Difficulty falling asleep is usually easy to treat; it is easy to learn to relax physically and mentally.

Hypnosis can introduce the person concerned to sleep and change existing sleep patterns. You can do this yourself through self-hypnosis, which you anchor, or you can easily train it in a process of relaxation by means of suggestions.

The CD "Hypnosis for Your Healthy Sleep" is very useful for this.

Possible causes would be that you cannot relax properly and / or unconsciously do not let go of the day.


Wieso kann man nicht durchschlafen


Bei Durchschlafstörungen wacht man durch das innere Hamsterrad wieder auf. Das heißt, was einem tagsüber beschäftigt, nimmt man unbewusst mit ins Bett.


Bei Durchschlafstörungen sollte man die Ursache der Störung, also den inneren Konflikt finden und auflösen, damit die Blockaden (des Nichtschlafens) beseitigt werden.


Dies benötigt jedoch mehrere Sitzungen und ein wenig Geduld.

When taking sleeping pills, one is usually not recovered because one does not get into the deep sleep phase. Or there is an overhang in the next day.
